What was the mistake?

Okay, so I just completed the Saber route and got the true ending.

But it feels kinda shit since she just died after an 'i love you'. It felt a bit meh then I got over it.

Anyway, before I start the UBW route. Can anyone explain if the other endings in the stay/saber route? Or is there a single ending for each route.
