Actually in their case its not strictly mamono mana that enables that. Fairies are defined by having bodies that consist mostly of mana. In other words they are only partially organic/physical to begin with. So its not surprise that they can stretch in extreme ways given they are basically bits of organic matter held together by a body that is majority mana.

And said physical state is not due to being monsterized, indeed it actually is what makes it so easy for them to be monsterized.
