I have a collection of almost 150 Touhou fan animations gathered from all around, most of them 2D animations and 3D renditions using Blender. I mean like actual videos as well, not short gifs.
I have some MMD ones but I don't archive those unless I feel like it's worth saving, like Burning Meiling stuff or the Touhou vs LoveLive one. Might share this to /jp/ someday when I feel like it, for now I'm just going to add to it and share a high quality obscure one I found.
