I think she'd certainly complain about it, but if you're good enough with words, you might be able to get some results. At the worst I think you might be able to compromise and agree not to force her into any more agreements as long as she doesn't do anything to you after the 24 hour period is up... But I don't think you could turn her into a slave or anything.

That's for legally-bound agreements. I don't know what the legal system in Gensokyo or in Japan around the time Gensokyo was formed says. Besides, what matters is if she thinks she should follow them with her oni moral beliefs which is different from a human's.
