You can probably get away with some small insect. Lacewings are cool, even better if you find the larvae so you can give it small flies/aphids and watch it suck them dry. Lacewing larvae are so vicious that in some species eggs have to be laid on top of long threads in small groups, otherwise the larva that emerges first will eat all its unborn brothers and sisters. Others stick the dried out corpses of their former prey to their backs as camouflage while sneaking up to the next victim.

Same with assassin bugs, but some "bite" when they feel threatened and can hurt quite a bit, and others carry Chagas disease so you ought to be careful.
