I just found an interesting add-on:

The way it's designed is that it shows you pictures of dogs with encouraging messages at random intervals during your reviews, however you can edit the add-on very easily to change the pictures and messages so that instead of a picture of a puppy saying "wow!" you get a kawaii anime girl telling you "ganbatte onii-chan!" or whatever (pic related).

If you go to your add-on folder, there will be a folder in there with the pictures of dogs. Just delete them all and replace them with some cute anime girls of your choosing (you don't have to resize them or change the file names or anything). For the messages, you will need to edit the "Puppy Reinforcement.py" file in your add-on folder and just change the text that's set to appear in the messages from "Wow!" etc. to "ganbatte onii-chan!" and so on. It's really easy.
