I'm pretty sure most of the trannyposting is a result of people hating Yasu, not the other way around. Because of the clash between ep1-4 Beato, who's a fun, theatrical melodramatic homicidal maniac with some kind of grudge against Battler and Battlers willingness to forgive that person when he understands her, you'd think that Beatrice must have had some redeeming motive for what she did, something that makes her an "idiot" rather than a bad person (like if Maria murdered everyone believing that they'd finally find peace and happiness in the literal afterlife), but instead it turned out that Beatrice had a lot of people who genuinely cared for her and who she could have talked to, and her motive for murdering her entire family is ridiculous only in the sense that it shows her to be a horribly selfish, irresponsible person.

George, if he were told the truth, would try to be gentlemanly, but deep down he would be weirded out and feel betrayed. I can't imagine Battler caring much about the promise he made six years ago, and even if he did, a relationship born out of those kinds of feelings would be forced - he basically has no connection to Yasu at this point. As I see it, Jessica's the only one Yasu actually had an intimate relationship with, and if they'd opened up to her she would have been able to understand them. Doesn't mean she'd still want to date Kanon, mind you.
