not entirely clear. seems to go along with the 3K, to the point where gray considers her a traitor. it's notable that gray sees the 3K as direct enemies.
when talking about the wisdom stolen by gray, she basically says "it's not time yet", so it's not sure if she wants to go against the 3K eventually at a later point.

it's also notable that seshat is not her real name or necessarily even her real avatar. she might be someone else we know already.
