I'm pretty sure Jessica would notice that her crush(Kannon) is the same person as one of her best friends she confides with(Shannon).

Also wouldn't Gohda notice that two of his colleagues is the same person.

And while it's true that both Krauss and Natushi is not paying that much attention they should be able to notice that Kannon that has worked there for three years and Shannon that has worked there for like ten years never appear at the same time.

Also the whole thing about the murder being Yasu/Leon that is child/grandchild of Kinzo that later fell down from a cliff and only hurt his/her pee-pee only to be found and rescued by Ganji and Nanjo and gets his/her identity concealed by Ganjo because he is afraid that Kinzo will rape the now pee-pee mutilated child. And later the child creates a split personality cause his/her pee-pee is gone and joins the LGBT community and falls in love with Jessica, George and Battler. And finality the child solves the riddle, gets the headship and decides to kill everyone so she/he can decide who to be truly in love with sound silly.
I believe that Yasu/Leon died when he/she fell from the cliff and the whole Yasu is Shannon, Kannon and Beatrice is just something Ryukishi07 put in to trick persons that had not come up with theories of their own after the fourth game.
