Ignoring the inconsistencies in zun art or any printworks it would make more sense that she's a woman with an unrealistically feminine figure. Something awe inspiriting as it is attractive. Like picrel or any Spacezin art. As for my slightly crazier headcanon, i think she's very muscular (her lifting kinkakuji) but still potently feminine. Consider prime Arnold Schwarzenegger's physique but feminine instead of masculine, so wider hips and bigger legs but her upper body still has muscle. Oh and she's at an average body fat percentage for a grown woman.
