Well /jp/, I tried to improve myself today and I failed horribly. I wanted to start exercising and I went jogging around my house for about 6 minutes, I took a break after 3 and then jogged for another 3. Afterwards I threw up loads and had to lie down in my bed for ages feeling awful and I still feel awful, so I guess I wont be doing that again.
