Historically, there are more female voters than male voters in these kind of shows, so definitely jurina will get them ladies' hearts plus the support of lgbt community in korea.

On a more serious note, kpop groups tend to have "roles" for each member. For example, each group needs atleast one vocalistl; two vocalists would be great, three would be amazing. Another role requirement is point dancers and rappers (atleast one or two). Jurina definitely fits in the role of the "strong" type member, the girl crush.
