The succubus Demon Lord got married to the human Hero of the Chief God. The exact details of their courtship are hazy and occasionally contradictory; it's not entirely clear whether the Hero was sent to kill the succubus, or kill her predecessor, or the circumstances of them meeting, or whatever. But either way, they ended up makin' babies.

The Demon Lord and her husband have at least four lilim daughters, although I have vague recollections of third-hand tellings that KC once said in a Q&A that there are hundreds of daughters. Druella is the fourth - she's the one who curbstomped Lescatie and turned Wilmarina and Koyoi and everyone into sluts for [YOU]r dick. The Queen of Hearts is either second or third - she's the one who created and rules Wonderland, and she's an Alice-Lilim (though I don't think she has the rapebait memory lapses, just the childish disposition).

There's another un-named lilim who plays a major part in the Baphomet Complex novella; she turns Lilia Flimlight into a goatgirl and ku-ku-ku-s at the sexy mess she makes with her brother. The description the text gives of her is exactly the same as the lilim profile pic, right down to the single earring.
