Mokou, who you just mentioned, shes just a loner with a shady past and doesnt like hanging around people, but shes been opening lately, and you could have a talk or even a beer with her, Miyoi, shes just a bartender, Reisen if you have the patience to deal with her anxiety, Komachi, unless she has a passive that drains the life of human beings around her, Youmu, if she somehow has free time, Keine, who is literally the most anti Youkai thing imaginable (at least on her turf), Sanae, Marisa, she might be insane, but she only play harmless pranks on her friends, nothing lethal or malicious, Meiling, since shes been seen being cordial to the humans and other youkai that happen to pass by near the mansion, Shion, if you dont mind the bad luck, or if the bad luck is not permanent, Shou, unironically, since she is far less "Byakuren" than Byakuren and just wants to have fun, Kosuzu and Akyuu, I think, and Rinnosuke as you said, and I dont know that much of the newer games so my list ends there.
