Shion and Satoko aren't really involved in any potential love triangles, while with Rena and Mion, you at least have them both show interest in Keiichi, even if Higurashi itself never really puts them in conflict with each other.
Honestly, I'm far more curious about which Higurashi character will be paired with Setsuna. Rika and Nao seem like they'd be the most fitting options.
