/jp/ - Otaku Culture

I know I'm probably going to get a lot of shit from you guys (I know how /jp/ is), but a few months ago I got a small team together and started making a Pokemon eroge. The cast is made up of various gym leaders and NPCs from the games, with personalities slightly tweaked in some cases, as well as age (for h-scenes). Set in a highschool in the Pokemon world, the player is a not-so-typical exchange student from another region. There are seven routes planned out, and things really are beginning to shape together. However, I often get discouraged by whether or not anyone will actually care to play. Should I bother continuing, or should I just kill myself, /jp/?
