Stage partner pairings are the WORST.
How would a bamboo forest inhabitant and a misty lake inhabitant EVER MEET?
It sounds plausible if the wolf was a youkai forest inhabitant, but no, that is not the case.

Why the heck would a curse goddess and a kappa hang out? Why the heck would anyone hang out with a curse goddess? They don't!
Why the heck is Yuugi always seen with either an oni, or a youkai of jealousy?! Yuugi is a strong independent oni who don't need no supporting role.

This really frustrates me.
Kagerou should have more art with her together with bunnies or Mokou.
Wakasagihime should be chatting with a fishing Meiling or entertaining a fairy.
