I've reviewed your arguments and this victimless misunderstanding between otherwise outstanding, jukujo-enjoying gentlemen really should have been resolved outside of court.
The accused clearly did not even use the term 'hag' in the first place and simply used the more neutral phrasing of 'mature woman'. Even in cases where the pejorative form has been uttered, there is already a strongly established precedent for its purposely exaggerated and ironic use and in jest amongst friends and other enthusiasts of the genre.
In relation to the supplementary points, while it is true that fertility is an arbitrary and arguably useless criterion for a jukujo in the general sense, the same can be said for assertions on age; it is agreed that a concept as intangible and perhaps even spiritual as mature grace (colloquially referred to as 'big hag energy' even in women not deemed as hags by the THC regulatory body) transcends any arbitrary criteria which includes age, especially when considering the fact that most JAV actresses do not even have their real age on file.
For mobilising and indeed wasting judicial resources on mediating this matter, both parties are hereby sentenced to community service by means of submitting a detailed, 150-250 word review on any jukujo title (to be ascertained with the corresponding 'jukujo' tag on websites such as javlibrary, Fanza, R18, etcetera as a minimum, with exceptions for amateur productions) with an appropriate and tasteful accompanying image taken from the film within a reasonable time frame. As a closing note, I would urge all jukujo enthusiasts of every stripe and even fans of adjacent subgenres to forego hostility and knee-jerk reactions in the future and to instead exercise kindness and warm enthusiasm for this truly blessed category of JAV.
