You think that because this is America, but in Japan culture is really different. American girls want to be idols so they join shows like X factor etc. they just sing, In japan it can be that but it can be more you have: voice acting, modeling, tv show host, cosplay etc. there's so much.

Akari is obviously an actor we've seen Maia but she is a great VY, she does love her job and those are her real interest, look at how well she did "getting over it" compared to the others who were just bandwagoning it. Siro's Hayuyu is another good example.

That said I can still get excited for Akari's videos because her passion is there I can feel it more than the others. Actions speak louder than words so if they say they love games you can see they're good at them or not, if they love anime you can see if they can talk about them in length or not.

Eilene is obviously very hands off with her girls (probably too hands off with Yomemi after that GTAV incident), but yes these women are actually into what they do there's visual/audio cues. This is why Yua is shit because Shiori is obviously not into what she does as Yua
