You'll have to make sure about the skin tone match though. Also, there is two kinds of 1/3 heads. The ones for a 47/50cm bodies:

If you don't want a realistic-ish head, only the 47/50cm options would be good. However, those heads may be too small. Be careful, anon.

Last case, if your DD body is a 43cm Mini Dollfie Dream. In that case, the heads for 40/45cm bodies are your only options:
