Fair enough, I don't know why I didn't put these two up. Even ZUN can't think of Urumi as something other than a mom. I must have been caught up in the hag feeling less like mom and more like grandma or wine aunt at times but this doesnt make a lot of sense.
I do however reject your unwillingness to be exhaustive, even if there is a hierarchy and some hags are more believed than others. On that note I could have included Mima on the borderline section for her relationship with Marisa which is borderline motherlike and so I could see the argument for it as well.
