Yes, I'm complaining because a chance of 20% more exp slipped by because of bad RNG. That's what people tend to do.
I didn't want any advice. My eq was set up with specific goal in mind and all the "suggestions" would make the goal much harder to reach. Of course I can sortie BBV with Seiran + 3 autogyro and four slotters full of upgraded T3/4 ASW but Hayasui is the one who needs exp the most. Where did you even get the idea I was asking for advice?
