As >>23576044 friendly friend said. Also it includes elements of time stop and such. It hasn't been completely translated yet, but all commands and such are translated and EoSD girls are translated what I saw. There are lotsa options and such and it is quite open-world-ish.
A bit hard to get in, but you can use mouse in the game, though it is quite text-based.
