If a virgin male is as self-conscious and insecure as you say, it wouldn't make a difference whether the woman is 'experienced' or not as it wouldn't rid the man of his anxiety. Even if he is with a virgin woman, he'd still be pressured to measure up as a man, 'take the lead, w/e. Don't think for a minute such a person could fool a woman about his sexual prowess.

Plus, if a woman *knows* a guy is a virgin, she wouldn't reasonably expect a lot out of him. You don't go to a novice, let alone someone completely unskilled, to get good work done. No, they have differing reasons for their preferences but many probably just want someone like themselves and the two grow with one another. Very romantic.
