Luka doesn't have many solo albums, but there's a ton (literally, too many to list easily) where she has a few songs and the rest are Miku. Go to some of the blogs on this pic and try to find ones that tag for Luka on their uploads. Other than that, "All the Luka albums" is a really cumbersome request.

Vocaloid torrents are always full of random garbage. Figure out which producers you like and download their albums one at a time like the rest of us. Maybe if my 55+ gigs of Vocaloid was organized a little better I'd think about putting together a torrent, but as things stand all you're getting is this informative image.
