If only there were a manga exploring this innovative notion. There should be a elf x human romance that culminates in handholding, but the elf only realizes her love after the human has been dead for 20 years. Then the elf gorges on junk food so bad she can’t use magic. Elves suck. Dark elves only get a pass because they chain elves in their ‘relationship counseling’ basements.
