If you want to take the entries more literally, I'd guess that most Lilims can't help it. They're so crammed full of power that most people get worked into a frenzy just being in their vicinity. To top it off, they're naturally inclined to turn their surroundings into an eternal orgy, so 'throw charms spells at everything in sight' is probably S.O.P. for them. It'd take a will of titanium to resist their passive magic, convince them to not charm-rape you on the spot, and actually have a meaningful relationship with one.

Tl;DR: Lilims just want love, but all they know is rape.
