Marisa might be shamless enough and we all know Anon could look past Hana's mistake with his near infinite love for his daughter. Though the question is if they can really become family again and stay with Anon knowing their sins. They may just choose to distance themselves from him.

Hijiri would be a better ending all things considered, despite the line he's crossed with them and the sexual undertones of his role there he'd certainly be treated with respect at least. Though it'd lack the wholesomeness he so clearly desires he could easily learn to treasure them.

Moriya is one of the best options at the moment, none of the girls had used him. Kanako and Sanae could take him as their own and even Suwako seems to enjoy him enough. Little needs to be said that he'd be truly free with them.

Ran and Chen are a sad story, there isn't a way for Ran to exit Yukari's service easily, at least not without Yuuma's intervention. Though Yuuma seems to believe Ran could take her down by herself. Both of them like him greatly and the feeling is mutual, its honestly one of the sweetest ends that could happen even if it had the highest potential for tragedy.

Yukari is a hidden end. Its clear Yukari is filling a hole in her heart with Anon's mock affections. She's canologically terrible at making friends and it could be said this is her way of acting on some kind of repressed desire to get the love she's been craving. Though she's done such terrible things to him by this point that in Anon's eyes she's just as much of a monster as Reimu is.
