You'd be able to get her to a hospital quickly, but with her injuries she's going to be disabled for the next 6-8 months as her bones heal, and will require assistance afterwards.
For the next few months you'd take care of her every need, at first she'd be hesitant and reserved about things. She'd get emotional having to be fed by hand and have you help her use the restroom. 6 months later the doctor finally takes off her casts and tells her she can now walk again, but she'll need to take it easy for awhile.
