Or will I? If I order now, I can get plane tickets for just under $1000. I'd also have to get 14th single and apply like the instant the CD flies off the shelves. Guess I will have to get a friend in Japan to do that for me.

I dunno. Call me pleb, casual, or poor but I just don't see myself spending that much money to see a girl. Of course, if I do go I'd also take the opportunity to sightsee Japan, so there's that.
