Yes, Rachnee is the best overall game-player, and initially might have selfishly played winner-take-all, but I suspect she's coming around to a Harem ending plan.

Spooder and Dramafish are the actual manipulators. Spooder will probably get Dramafish to 'royal command' Hoss to take the #1 as her duty to the whole household and save everyone into a Harem rather than cause a split.
