Can ば be something other than a conditional?
I've been googling and the only thing I found is the "もーばーも" construction (not only X but also Y).
But, here's my sentence. The bad guy is giving a speech and then the MC says:
>さっきから聞いてりゃあ、勝手なことをベラベラと……
Logically, it should mean something like "I've been listening for some time and you're just saying whatever you want..." but how does that りゃあ fit into this?
