Like I said in the other thread or maybe this one, unless you commit something extremely egregious the Chinese government isn't going to care. Like any authorotarian regime, it's theoretically capable of tracking and rounding up every single person who commits a crime against the state - but it's logistically preposterous, and the government as a whole is lazy and apathetic to anything not directly confrontational. It'll ban C&C Generals from being imported but not from being pirated and turned into an STG.

And as far as porn is concerned - considering that even BEST COREA produces government-run nudie mags of the finest pig disgustings in the Democratic People's Republic, I (don't) think you have to worry about that in China.
