You're staying overnight at the SDM. The problem is, the guest beds are being cleaned at the village so they aren't available and sleeping on the couches is not allowed, so it looks like you'll have to share a bed with someone. Meiling doesn't want you to have to go around asking and getting shot down, so she insists that the best thing is for you to sleep with her.
