Actually, if you look at it through Mendelian genetics, it's entirely feasible for Youmu to have a half-ghost offspring. This is regardless of whether she mates with a pure human or a pure ghost. A pure human would have two "human" alleles, and a pure phantom would have two "ghost" alleles, and Youmu would have a human and a ghost allele.

If you do that and combine Youmu's alleles (HG) with either a full human male's (HH) or a full ghost male's alleles (HG) using Punnett squares, the likelihood of another half-human/half-ghost hybrid being born are both 50% in either scenario.

Under this method, it's impossible to have a "quarter ghost" or a "quarter human" situation; you're either a full human, full ghost, or a half-human/half-ghost hybrid.

This also makes it possible for Yuyuko to have fucked the shit out of Youki and got pregnant with Youmu, regardless of whether it happened before or after her death.
