Notice some details about this account. Firstly, the name and bio suggest this person doesn't think they are good at video games, which lines up with お腹すいた's very poor KD and winrate. Secondly, notice that the account has been around since July 2017 with 1965 tweets, and has 465 followers. That's a lot of exposure vectors. With how thorough people are about finding past life details, it would be hard to imagine this was missed if this were Shion. I don't think it's her.
