If you wanna get into it, cyborgs, mutants, and humans + in the sci-fi and fantasy sense can exist just fine and already do irl. It doesn't make them less human and if they inc that doesn't put them on thr block for alping unless they already wanted to become women.
If you were a cyberpunk tier guy you wouldn't suddenly become an automata and start slurping cum or something, same if you're a gene edited mutant or otherwise. You're soul is still human.
