Something like this, with Kogasa taking down all the major houses of touhou, SDM, Hakugyokuro, Eientei, etc.
You start with CQC and get your guns from Rinnosuke. You can control the umbrella separately to recon shit or something. Like, it can fly but maybe you can't.
Your goal each mission is to sneak in, scare the shit out of the big boss of the house (there are various ways to do this and you can get creative), and then escape the house with everyone on full alert. Rinnosuke can also be your otacon. Kogasa smokes now too.
