Then why does him being racist matter if you still acknowledge he is more influential? Why does a person's personality have any bearing on their accomplishments? Pretty much every notable person in history has flaws and dirty laundry, and yet they're still held up and praised because of what they achieved. This iss what infuriates me about 'progrssivism'. It cares more about making yourself feel good and getting some false sense of accomplishment by tearing down people who actually id something with their lives than about actual progress. Some days I just wish I could piss off from this planet and go to another one, but wait, space travel is probably racist somehow, too! Better get rid of it until we can put a gender studies board in charge of NASA.
