What exactly do blessings do to an item stat/attribute wise? They just act like a smith/enchant scroll adding to the +1 at the end of the name? If so I'm guessing they're a way to get a technical +11 enchantment if +10 is the highest through smiths.

Also I'd apreciate very much clarification on what enchantments do exactly. And if blessing does anything for attributes like "it makes you a better tactitian (##)"
