Why should they hire college kids with degrees in psychology, when they could higher poor people in other countries happy to work for a few dollars an hour?

Who's fault is that? All these college kids take out loans to get some liberal arts degree, and then they get out of college with tens of thousands of dollars of debt and are suddenly shocked that they can't get a job.
