I hear people often say such a life would be tiring, dangerous, uncomfortable. Which I agree with, it certainly would. But so is a really hard workout where you push yourself to the limit. Yet the days where I pushed myself the hardest are the ones where I go to sleep the happiest. It's incredibly satisfying beyond measure to see the sweat of your labor be clearly rewarded, to grow something long lasting, to feel connected with nature rather than at war with it. We have comfortable lives in our cities but they're spiritually empty. All we do is work our meaningless jobs and our only rewards are equally meaningless distractions that await us when we go home. Surrounded by social networks with meaningless and superficial relationships built on instant gratification. It's all a crude mockery of what human life should be.

Anyway, I took my sweet time to finish translating Hasegawa Keita's Reimu's doujin, and it was cute as heck. It also made me realize how fucking incompetent I am when it comes to translating such content. Well, I'll be waiting warmly to see it actually completed as an English-translated doujin.
