Feels like this thread needs some

MYSTERY TIME

Kinzo, who's always locked in his study, always has a yearly tour of Rokkenjima to see how things are running. Today he was accompanied by Genji, Nanjo, Kumasawa, Krauss and Natsuhi. They toured the mansion, the rose garden and tool shed, the guest house etc.
Later that evening, Jessica knocks on Kinzo's door to have a chat, trying to form a bond with her distant grandfather. No reply came so she looked through the keyhole and saw Kinzo slumped against the far wall, looking dead, his face slumbed against his chest. Somehow, her instinct caused her to take a polaroid photo through the keyhole. She then ran around the mansion for help and eventually found Gohda who got a master key and opened the door. Together with Battler they entered the scene, but Kinzo was nowhere to be found.
Battler, the detective, took a good look around. The windows were locked from the inside, and Kinzo was gone, yet Jessica assures him Kinzo was dead. Battler compares her polaroid photo with the current scene.
The photo shows Kinzo's body slumbed against the wall next to his desk, pale and dead-looking. His desk had some large books on the occult, a desk-light and a globe of the world, as well as a shoebox. When comparing the photo with the current scene, Battler notices something strange that got him to the truth of the matter. One of the objects on the desk was different in the photo Jessica took. Battler begins to surmise what a terrible thing must have happened that day.

So how did Kinzo's body disappear? What really happened?

You win the prize for the most ridiculous, yet plausible answer. Well, tilting the mansion isn't that plausible. But I loved the bit where Kinzo saw his family through the tilted window. Very good theory and it worked with the Reds that were in the game at that point.

This has got to be the funniest answer. Congrats anon, gave me a good chuckle.

>>16698129
And of course, the anon who eventually solved the mystery by realising Kinzo was blind.

To all three of you I say <CONGRATULATIONS>

Let's do this again some day.

Hahaha, <VERY GOOD>.
You've basically gotten it. The towel was the key to this locked-room mystery.
The killer (let's say it's Kanon, but it's really not important for this mystery) knew Jessica's patterns. He awaited her in the bathroom she uses to shower in the morning. He shoots her once she strips herself, places the gun in her hand and slumps her against the door while it's still ajar. He placed the towel Jessica brought underneath her firm buttocks and got out of the bathroom. He then pulled slowly on the towel, dragging Jessica against the door, closing it and leaving her slumped against it, dead. He then took the towel and destroyed the evidence.

<CONGRATULATIONS>
Hope you enjoyed playing.
This is sort of what these mysteries are meant to be like. I don't like to drag them through three threads. Just a couple of posts should be enough to solve the mystery. Seems either I'm getting better at them, or you are.

/RED/ The masked villain did not escape from the shed.

Now, anons of seacats. What happened here?
Who killed Kinzo? How did no witnesses see the villain escape? 15 people surrounded the shed from every side.

/RED/ 17 people on this island, Kinzo is dead. Yet only one person is in the shed, Natsuhi. Natsuhi did not kill Kinzo.

Come blunt your swords of blue on my impenetrable shield of RED!

I've got a printing shop literally across the street, but it would feel weird asking them to print a lewd image of Beatrice.
I'll see what I can do. I'm not holding in my cum though.

Thanks, anon. I thought previous mysteries lacked a bit of charm so I tried to add a bit of fluff, yes.

However, since we're playing, I'm going to have to be ruthless and give you this red.
/RED/ Ushiromiya Battler was not followed into the rose garden!

You are very competent though.

<Good. Very good>

/RED/ Nanjo was killed to ensure he would not be able to examine any bodies!
/RED/ Natsuhi did not kill Nanjo, nor did she attack him!
/RED/ Genji was not strangled by Krauss or Natsuhi!
/RED/ Krauss did not murder Kumasawa or Gohda!

You are very competent. I believe you will be able to solve this game. But you must not forget that without love, it cannot be seen.
