Fuji TV's rookies debut at the end of July on the annual FNS 27-hour TV. And then they read the news on BS Fuji (not the main channel) or something. If they're good, they will get called up to regular TV shows on the main channel starting the new year or so. Aotan's case is EXTREMELY unusual as she skipped all of that bullshit and went straight to THE primetime show and the flagship of the channel, not even any regular show.
