It's nothing amazing, but I thought it was a fun movie with an interesting concept.
I've always been a big fan of Akimoto though. You might enjoy it less if you go in with high expectations after reading the manga. I'd say it's worth checking out. It was filmed in 2013 (?), so it's not the complete story.
