I tried to make sure that everything was to scale, but even then it's a bit tough to tell. It does look like Erika has a slight lead. (Lambda only really looks bigger in the last one, which is likely due to foreshortening)

To be fair, Erika's ending CGs all have her either facing away from the viewer, covering her chest, or at an angle where no curves can be identified, so only Lambda really gets a chance to benefit from it.

To me it looks like their bust measurements aren't that far apart, but that Erika's have a slightly fuller shape than Lambda's.
