She's deliberately designed to be a boy-ish character, and she's notably taller than the other girls.

She's probably going to be played by a (tall) woman most of the time, but that height difference is more conductive to guy players. (A detail that gets missed a *lot* in these photos is that the Precure performers are short. Short-even-by-Japanese-standards short.)
