Fix'd. I dunno, in the pic they just seems to fill the -cute 2hu doing cute things- with no purposes whatsoever, was aiming for that.

Just overall ideas for animations. The sprites are cute but I honestly feel like I'm doing things wrong even when I'm just trying to shift some pixels around.

Anyway right now I'm having issues with the rendering order. Or precisely, I'm having issues when the character doesn't move directly from one to block to another. Webm related.
For the first time I'm really considering going back to a 2D engine, but I just don't feel like learning another tool right now unless I postpone* that game for an undefined amount of time and we all know what that means.

Then again it's because I really wanted to have a smooth movement rather than a grid one. I should probably drop this entirely and stay with a grid-based movement but... I really, really want a smooth movement.

Stupid Unity engine, hate it sometimes. Though, one solid solution would be to convert the blocks to 3D with proper texturing this time but I wonder if that will work, not to mention that people wouldn't probably appreciate it.
