I'm wondering this too. Or better still, I'm wondering why nobody has taken upon himself to release it in the western market yet.
Whereas any other company worth its salt would have regarded such an idea almost suicidal in its preposterousness, D3 Publisher already has a long history of bringing games specifically meant for the Japanese crowd to America and Europe (think of Oneechanbara, Earth Defense Force, Bullet Witch, or even the dozens of Simple 2000 titles released on and off in Europe since 2005). It just takes some localization team to rise up to the challenge and they would be set.
