Nigga, 1 didn't even have class-specific skills aside from the single one you started with. Either way, giving you choices when there is only one correct one isn't a good thing. Sirlin was right here.

It's a chore and always has been.

Not saying some of the choices blizzard have made are defensible, but Diablo hasn't aged very well.
